Classic rugs
Our classic rugs bring together the great traditions of oriental knotting: Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, China and Russia. They show the floral motifs typical of Persia — central medallions, arabesques, palmettes — alongside more geometric compositions. These are the pieces that pass through generations without ever dating.
Tribal and nomadic rugs
Knotted by the nomadic tribes of Iran, mainly the Qashqai and the Luri, these rugs embody a free and spontaneous aesthetic. What sets them apart is their plant-based colours: the wool is dyed with plants, roots and minerals such as madder, indigo, saffron or walnut husk. The motifs are simple and symbolic, the shades deep and alive. Rugs that bring warmth and character to a room at once.
Woven kilims and embroidered soumaks
These are flat-woven rugs, without knots or pile. The kilim draws its geometric motifs directly into the weave, which gives it that graphic, light quality. The soumak is an embroidered variant, denser, where the threads wrap around the warp to create a sturdier embroidered look. An aesthetic at once traditional and resolutely contemporary.
Chinese rugs
Chinese rugs form a category of their own. Pastel palettes such as sky blue, ivory, gold or powder pink; motifs drawn from Chinese culture with dragons, phoenixes and lotus flowers; pared-back compositions with wide plain fields. Rugs that bring a discreet, sophisticated note to a classic or a contemporary interior alike.
Antique, vintage and collector rugs
Some rugs no longer quite belong to an interior: they belong to history. Our selection gathers rare pieces from various origins — Iran, the Caucasus, Anatolia — chosen for their age, their quality of weaving and their patina. Works in their own right, sought after by collectors as much as by lovers of beautiful homes.
Contemporary rugs
Our contemporary rugs come mainly from Nepal, where a new generation of weavers revisits ancestral craft with a present-day eye. Pared-back motifs, calm palettes, soft and hard-wearing Tibetan wool. The craft gesture is unchanged; the result sits perfectly in modern interiors.
Geometric rugs
Diamonds, hooks, stars and clean borders: geometric rugs say the essential with simple shapes, inherited from the workshops of the Caucasus, Afghanistan and Anatolia. Their structured design holds its own in a busy room as in a pared-back one, and their dense wool makes them rugs to live on as much as to look at.
Accessories and decoration
Beyond rugs, we have selected a range of objects to compose a complete interior. Cushions and headrests with oriental motifs, pâte de verre lamps, antique vases, trays and decorative pieces. All chosen to carry the spirit of the house further and give your rooms character.
